1.1 By booking any service, you agree to these terms and conditions, including the cancellation policy.
1.2 All participants must comply with the rules and guidelines provided by staff during activities to ensure safety and enjoyment for all.

2. Booking & Payments

2.1 At least 20% of the total price is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be completed prior to the activity.
2.2 Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change without prior notice.
2.3 Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or other accepted methods as stated at the time of booking.

3. Participation Requirements

3.1 All participants must meet the required certifications and experience levels for diving and other specialized activities.
3.2 Completion of liability waivers is mandatory prior to participation.
3.3 Participants are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions that may affect their ability to safely join activities.

4. Operator Responsibilities

4.1 We reserve the right to modify or cancel activities due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, safety concerns, or equipment issues.
4.2 Equipment provided will meet safety standards and be in proper working condition.
4.3 The operator will strive to accommodate rescheduling requests and ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1 Arrive at the meeting point (Mexidivers Shop) at least 15 minutes before the scheduled activity time. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the activity without refund.
5.2 Follow all instructions from guides, instructors, and crew members to ensure safety for yourself and others.
5.3 Participants must bring necessary items such as a towel, swimwear, sunscreen (biodegradable for marine activities), and personal items.

6. Environmental Conservation

6.1 Respect marine and cenote ecosystems by not touching or disturbing wildlife, coral reefs, or rock formations.
6.2 Use only biodegradable sunscreen to minimize environmental impact.

7. Photography & Media Usage

7.1 Photos and videos taken during activities may be used for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please inform us in advance.

8. Liability Disclaimer

8.1 Participation in activities is at your own risk. The operator is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during activities.
8.2 Participants accept full responsibility for their actions during activities.
